I'm Hatti, a Ticketing & Digital Manager at an arts venue in London.

I've been working in ticketing and marketing for nearly 10 years, and my favourite part of it all is hearing stories, sharing struggles and wins, and being inspired by all the amazing people I get to meet across the industry. And now I want to share those stories with you!
